I finally caught my first snake of the summer this weekend! It was just a typical everyday watersnake and was about 2 feet long, I named it Ed(guess after what anime character). I had to chase him(or her, I dunno) 1/2 way across a river and back, but it was worth it. And you know what? It didn't even try to bite me once.

Summer league softball is finally starting but I think I'm going to miss our first game b/c of a family reunion(which I'm excited about too).

We had to take my cat Kavic to the vet b/c he had a HUGE open wound on his hip(which was really nasty and was all yellow and well, trust me it was gross)

My brother is getting a new tarantula(the last one died). And since I love spiders I'm more excited about it than he is.

And now I feel bad being so happy because my friend's cousin just died and her other cousin is in the hospital...........
